ERIC WELLWOOD

Eric is a Windsor native, he won two Memorial Cups with the Spitfires and played in the NHL and AHL with the Philadelphia Flyers before a career-ending injury shifted his path.

He spent the next decade coaching across the OHL, USport, ECHL, and AHL—earning another Memorial Cup with the Oshawa Generals and building a reputation as a strategic, team-first leader.

Now Eric brings that same championship mindset to wealth strategy—guiding athletes and professionals with real-world insight from his own experience in private equity, angel investing, and lending. From the rink to financial advice, Eric is a trusted partner helping clients turn success into lasting legacy.

LINDSAY HOFFORD

Lindsay Hofford has spent more than 30 years guiding athletes at every stage of their careers—from rising juniors to NHL superstars. As a coach, scout, and entrepreneur, he has helped develop and mentor over 200 NHL players, including names like Mitch Marner, Auston Matthews, and Corey Perry. His unique perspective comes from living the athlete’s journey alongside them—understanding the pressures, transitions, and opportunities that shape a career on and off the ice.

Today, as the NHL’s Eastern Director of Scouting and founder of Pro Hockey Development, Lindsay brings unmatched insight into what athletes need not only to succeed in their sport, but to plan for life beyond it.
